Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support elementary school students' speech and language development. This role focuses on providing specialized speech and language services to a diverse caseload, including students in center-based programming. The position runs for the current school year (CSY) with a full-time schedule.
Location:
- Elementary school located in Eden Prairie, MN
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to approximately 65 students
- Support students across various needs, including those in center-based programming
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and licensure requirements
Qualifications:
- Must hold active MDE (Minnesota Department of Education) School Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred or equivalent qualifications
- Experience working in school settings as an SLP is highly desired
- Ability to manage a large caseload effectively while delivering quality care
Schedule and Duration:
- Contract position starting ASAP through end of school year (EOSY)
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
